Artist Statement:
The weight of moving onto a different part of life. One being most
symbolic — graduation.
Graduating high school was exciting, but terrifying. Friends and classmates all around me moving at different paces while i constantly looked back at the past. it’s been almost a year and now i can see clearer than ever, that those caps represented different timings. and I only needed to focus on His timing, not mine. So my tassle fell and it became His.
